Sunday, October 2nd   - No events scheduled; badges (if requested) and reserved tickets for events (if requested) will be available for pick-up from Bryan Dyer from 5 pm – 7 pm  (Location: Embassy Suites – Manager’s Reception area in the Embassy Suites). 

Monday, October 3rd (9:30 AM)Annual Meeting Opening Ceremony at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center – Join the Chapter and be prepared to make some noise.  Look for Jim and Carolyn Rountree with our signs and check our Twitter feed @AUSARedstone indicating the area we have reserved.  Usually we try to get as close to the front as possible.

Monday, October 3rd (following the Opening ceremony) - Corporate Member Luncheon; this is a ticketed event and you will need to pick-up your pre-reserved tickets on Sunday afternoon/evening or make arrangements with Bryan Dyer at bryan.dyer@ysginc.com .

 Tuesday, October 4th (beginning at 7 PM) “Southern Hospitality Open House”

This year we are joined by the Fort Leonard-Wood Missouri Chapter;

come out & meet your fellow AUSAers.

Sunday, October 9th (morning) – 32nd Army Ten-Miler Hooah Tent; come out to cheer on the Team Redstone Running Teams. Race starts at the Pentagon.  We will be in the Hooah Tent area located in the Pentagon North Parking Lot.  Race starts at 8 AM.

The Redstone-Huntsville Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is helping to organize the 2016 Veterans Week activities honoring veterans from all branches of the Armed Forces in the Active, Reserve and National Guard. Veterans Week entails a host of events to include those shown below as they provide sponsorship opportunities.
